Do you design AND develop, or just one?
Both - design and development are the same project here. You get a site that's been thought through visually and built properly in code. No handoff between a designer and a dev. One person, start to finish.
What does 'you own it outright' actually mean?
It means once the project is paid, the code and content are yours - no monthly platform fees owed to me, no license to maintain. If you use WordPress or Squarespace, you'll have a hosting cost, but that's paid directly to them and has nothing to do with me.
How long does a project take?
Most projects run 2–4 weeks from kickoff to launch, depending on scope and how quickly we can align on content and feedback. Larger builds with SEO and multiple pages can run 4–6 weeks.
What do you need from me to get started?
A 30-minute call, your logo if you have one, any photos you want to use, and a rough idea of what pages you need. I handle the rest - copy, layout, structure, and build.
Do you work with businesses outside Austin?
Yes. I work remotely with clients anywhere. The Austin focus is just where most of my referral network is - the process is the same regardless of location.
What's your payment structure?
50% deposit to start, 50% on launch day. No payment plan pressure - just two clean milestones.
